Guestlist & Pre-Paid Guestlist

• We operate a challenge 25 door policy. I.D will be required if you are lucky enough to look under 25

• All of our venues are for adults aged 18 and over only

• Manager discretion applies at all times

• Pre paid guestlist option includes 1x Premium Drinks Voucher and Entry per person

• Pre paid guestlist is non refundable or transferrable

• If someone from the pre paid guestlist group isn’t permitted entry, the other guests in the party will be given the drinks voucher to use.

 

Reserved Area/Table Bookings

Bookings confirmed with a card authorisation: If you cancel within 24 hours of your booking date, we reserve the right to claim your card authorisation. (From 18th November – 29th December we will require 1 weeks notice of cancellation)

Bookings confirmed with a pre-payment: We do not offer refunds on any payments made. If you’d like to reschedule your booking, we ask for at least 1 week’s notice and is subject to availability.

• Group sizes over 6 guests may be assigned an area with a mixture of seated and standing availability.

• We operate a strict 18 and over policy. All guests must show a valid form of photo ID on arrival. Failure to do so may result in you being refused entry.

• We reserve the right to refuse entry and / or stop serving at managers discretion.

• In the instance that you need to amend your event date, the venue will do their best to accommodate where possible dependent on availability and time frame, but this cannot be guaranteed.

• All pre-ordered items and minimum spends must be paid for in advance of your booking.

• You will be required to adhere to your contracted guest numbers. If the event of a drop in numbers, the venue will attempt to work with you to maximise your pre-ordered package where possible, but this may not be guaranteed if items have been ordered in especially for your event

• All pre-ordered food and drinks are only redeemable on the day of your booking/event and are not transferable.

• All bar tabs, drink tokens and unlimited drinks packages are only redeemable on the day of your booking/event and are not transferable.

• All seating requests will be noted, however we cannot 100% guarantee a specific area.

• If booking brunch, all guests will be allocated to a table with seating space. All other reservations will have an area reserved made up of a mixture of seating and standing space.

• Please note we are a cashless bar and only accept card payments.

• We will hold your table for a maximum of 15 minutes past your booked arrival time. Please note that after this time we cannot guarantee your table will still be available.

• Guest list does not guarantee entry or a table in the venue

• We are not able to guarantee any specific seating requests or that you will be seated in a covered area however we will do our best to accommodate where possible.

TICKETED BOTTOMLESS BRUNCH TICKET TERMS & CONDITIONS (NOT Dirty Martini or The Piano Works):

1. The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks and danger incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued, whether occurring prior, during or after the event. The ticket holder voluntarily agrees that the management, venue, event participants, DesignMyNight WFL Media Ltd and all of their respective agents, officers, directors, owners and employers are expressly released by the ticket holder from any claims arising from such causes.
2. Tickets are issued subject to the rules and regulations of the venue.
3. Please check your tickets, as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
4. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund from the responsible party. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.
5. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
6. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
7. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
8. Tickets are sold subject to the venue or promoter’s right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
9. If this ticket is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the promoter, venue management, DesignMyNight or one of their authorised sub-agents, it will become voidable and the holder may be
refused entry to or ejected from the venue.
10. The venue may operate a No Smoking Policy.
11. The promoter, venue management and DesignMyNight accept no responsibility for any personal property.
12. The event listed on the purchased ticket is strictly for ticket holders who are over 18 years of age. Identification may be required.

PRIVATE HIRE TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. Payment terms:

a. Deposit of 50% is required to confirm your booking, unless otherwise confirmed in writing.

b. The remaining balance of the pre order or agreed minimum spend must be paid 30 days prior to the event.

2. All deposits, pre-payments, products, packages and pre ordered items are to be used on the booking date. Anything not utilised on the booking date shall be retained by the venue unless there is prior written agreement to the contrary.

3. Our normal happy hour promotions are not applicable when hiring the venue exclusively, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Our door policies still apply: We are strictly over 18 venues and guests will require a valid form of ID. The only 2 forms of ID we accept are Driving License or Passport. Admission to the venue is always at the management’s discretion.

5. Any damage to, or theft of, property at the Host Venue (including, but not limited to, music equipment, furniture, fixtures and fittings and any other property of the Host Venue) caused during the event times on the event date at the fault of the client is the client’s responsibility and will be charged to you at full replacement cost.

6. No sportswear, no tracksuits, hoodies or baseball caps.

7. You shall indemnify us against all and any claims arising from the purchase of goods or services from a third party booked and organised by yourselves. (including, but not limited to, external food and drink suppliers, photobooths, decorations or theming props etc.)

8. Where a Commission has been agreed with an event agency, this shall be paid or credited to you after the event has taken place and all final event payments have been received by us, within 30 days of the event taking place.

9. Cancellation policy:

All deposits are non refundable. If you need to reschedule your event, you may request to do so but is at our discretion. The booking must take place within the given timeframe. You may only do this once and is subject to availability.

10. If the event turns out to be a promoted club event and/or tickets are sold without written approval in advance of the event, then we have the right to close the event before or on the day without notice or liability and deposits will not be refunded.

11. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, and construed in all respects in accordance with, English law.
